    Buying a new home is very very difficult thing if you want to buy it after getting a home loan. I think it is best to renovations to old homes.

    In Nashville we have termites and radon sometimes gets to elevated levels so having a home inspections is an absolute must for the buyer!

    Being pre-approved for a mortgage will give you an edge in purchasing your home. Is a must in todays market as must sales are REO’s and short sales. The banks needs to have a per qual letter with all offers.
